Credit Card Authorizations

If you are making a reservation for someone other than yourself, and wish to use your personal credit card or a business credit card for payment, you must complete and return our credit authorization form. Photo Copies of your Valid I.D. & Credit Card (front & Back) are required along with the completed authorization form.

All documents must be legible and unaltered.
